Looking for a respectful, clean, and quiet person to sublease my place to, preferably a student. The bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room will be shared with one other person.

• available for move-in as early as December 18th, 2024 (two weeks earlier)
• shorter terms are negotiable (min. 4 months; longer term preferred)
