The whole house is for rent. I would like to rent one room with full bathroom and have a room mate to rent the other room with a full bathroom of their own. This is a whole house with two parking spots.
Realtor.ca is the website I am going through. If you would like to rent with me, you can pay $1375 total, for two rooms, shared laundry, two car parking, use of a deck, and backyard and shared kitchen. There is no carpeting in the house, for those with allergies.
Looking to rent with someone; I do not own the house. I want to rent it and I am looking for a female like myself to rent with. Alternatively, a single Mom with a child could rent the two rooms, or a couple and use the other room for an office or TV room. Newmarket has a beautiful park called Fairy Lake to enjoy, Main Street with many nice shops and restaurants, Upper Canada Mall, viva and go bus service, and easy access to hwy 404, 400 and has many grocery stores and great restaurants to choose from.
This is a great deal for two single people, a single Mom or a couple.
I would be sharing the house with whoever chooses to rent the other two rooms.
