Hi everybody!

I’m renting my spare room. You can either take the upstairs room and share a bathroom with me, or the downstairs room and have your own bathroom.

You get half the garage. Large fenced backyard with firepit.

Rent is $1000/month and includes all utilities and wifi. Room can be unfurnished or furnished.

Open to pets - I have 3 cats.

My name is Brogan! I’m 29 and work full time for the Government of Alberta. I am also working on my masters degree. I am very quiet and tend to spend most of my free time in my room. Some weekends I’ll go to my friends houses, but I don’t typically have guests over. You’re more than welcome to if you want! 😊
