Home owner lives upstairs in the main level. This home is on a Very quiet street but extremely close to all amenities. Shopping plazas, bus stops, grocery stores, drug stores, gym, beer store, gas stations, restaurants, and the highway are all very close, in fact within walking distance. We are Located just north of QEW off Brant street in Burlington mountainside area. Parks and trails close by with a mature treed area. No pets allowed sorry I am highly allergic. Seeking a responsible individual who understands what it means to live in a shared accommodation. You Must clean up after yourself, basically and recognize bathroom and kitchen are shared areas that you respect other person will need to use. Leave it as you would want to find it. The perfect fit is someone who is willing to get a long with others have respect for the home like its their own and share in the cleanliness of the space. Home owner is a mature male who works shift work is gone odd hours. Away some wknds. In the basement second bedroom is a mature respectful gentleman who works a lot of hours and basically comes home to chill and sleep. We get a long well when we see one another. There is a mutual respect over the time we have formed a friendship out of this relationship. I didn’t know the individual until he moved in. He has currently been here two yesrs. That is my goal to give you all the privacy and respect you require with the understanding that we get it back. I realize respect is earned not given but what Im saying is trust and honesty are key. If we form a friendship from the deal that is a bonus. If we stay with a professional deal that is ok as well. As long as it’s a win for both parties I am good with it. We like to sit out back in the summer and enjoy the pool. Watch a movie or sporting event together from time to time. Have a bonfire, and relax. Life is short and we need to recharge our souls. That said if catching up on sleep or reading in your room is your goal the others will respect that.
