The available bedroom is located at the back of the house and can be left unfurnished if preferred, or remain furnished based on the ideal candidate’s needs.
We have a Private entrance and the unit boasts full laundry room in the apartment (The laundry room technically has a toilet -so we have a second washroom - it is simply isn’t posh.) Our unit is situated on a beautiful tree-lined street. This space is perfect for residents at the local hospitals, grad students, or Retirees looking to downsize with a roomate. There is a personal parking spot directly in front of the home. And We are right on a bus line or an 8 min walk to the Go station.

Lionel is an active male retiree looking to share a fully furnished apartment ( Rebecca - his daughter who owns the property is filling this out!). He is a community volunteer, a grandfather, and a local writer who enjoys conversations about the world and writing. He is the perfect roommate for a Grad Student, Resident or another Sr looking for a lovely place to move into.
