I am renting out a basement bedroom in my house in Steinbach. Looking for a female roommate.

Rent is $500 a month - utilities, wifi and laundry all included.

Furnished option available for $50 extra a month.

Street Parking.

No smoking. No pets.

Private bedroom. Shared bathrooms, living rooms, kitchen, laundry and backyard.

Will be sharing the house with 2 other people.
