Looking for a roommate in a 1bedroom + den condo. I had a roommate but he is moving so the den will be available from Dec 20th.

Condo has amenities like bike parking, movie room, BBQ area, Party Room, Guest Parking and one of the largest condo gym’s I’ve ever seen. Right by streetcar and bus stop, no frills in the same building. Everything is very accessible.

The bed you see in the picture is my Roommates and he is selling it for $300 with the mattress if you are interested.
