Roommate Wanted – Spacious 2-Bedroom Apartment in the heart of the Glebe January 1st.

Hey there! I’m looking for a friendly and responsible roommate to share a spacious 2-bedroom apartment on Fourth Ave. The apartment is the main floor of a house and is bright and airy with hardwood floors, a modern kitchen, and a large living room. It’s located a couple steps away from bank Street. Closest stores and cafes: -Wild oat -Starbucks -driphouse

Rent: $1300 per month (plus hydro which is approximately $50 pp per month). Internet ($26 pp per month)

About the space:

• Private bedroom with integrated lamps and ample closet space. The available room has the front door located in it which is shown in pictures. This door won’t be used and stays locked. Used as closet space. -Dogs upstairs bark periodically when someone arrives. Expect to hear this at least once a day for a few seconds. Otherwise apartment is very quiet.
• Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. -Dishwasher -Stove/Oven/Microwave -Shared Laundry downstairs included

Looking for:

• Someone around my age
• Non-smoker
• No pets (or quiet cat; my cat is feisty and anxious and will be minorly aggressive to other cat for at least a couple of months; chasing, hissing etc.)
• Must be clean, respectful of shared spaces, and pay rent on time -Check with each other about guests beforehand, groceries separate, quiet hours after 10pm! -Commitment of at least 6 months
