About the room
A 5-bedroom house in Nanaimo, close to VIU, will be available starting January 1st. Two bedrooms are open for rent to students or full-time working professionals. The house is strictly non-smoking and does not permit pets or drugs. It includes a shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Each room features a large window, a closet, and access to two full bathrooms. The rent is $750 per month and covers laundry, water, internet, and sewer; please keep in mind that hydro is not included. We are only looking for a serious inquirer. The furnished room has a new bed, mattress, desk, chair, and an extra cabinet. We seek a mature individual who appreciates cleanliness, as we expect all shared areas to be kept tidy.
