The house is in a great location because it very close to a subway station (Yong and Finch Station) and a reputable secondary school (Earl Haig Secondary School). It takes only a few minutes to get to Finch Station from the nearest bus stop. Specifically, people just have to go to the bus stop across the street at Willow dale Rd and take the 39 TTC bus. Walking to the nearest bus stop only takes 1 to 2 minutes. Moreover, the house is peaceful, clean, and well organized because clean the house twice every month.
I require the person who is interested in getting this room to provide me a job letter, credit report, proof of income, current landlord reference, and his or her rent payment history (via etransfer).
