Desiree's room

The apartment is a newer apartment, very private, lots of walking paths. It is a private room with your own ensuite bathroom. The room is fairly big, can easily fit a queen size bed and shelves. There is laundry in the apartment. The kitchen and living room are shared with myself and another male roommate. Must be cat friendly since there are two cats in the house. We could possibly take one more pet in. Rent includes water and we pay power and internet which makes rent around $700 a month. There is above ground or underground parking available which is extra or street parking for free. The apartment is no smoking so that would need to be away from the building. There is also some room in the shared areas for your own furniture if needed.

I am a full time student so my hours at home are varied. Corson is the other roommate here. He works full time and typically games when he is home. We like to cook dinners together and have movie and game nights. We are looking for a clean and respectful roommate. We are both in our 20’s so someone around our age would be great but we are open. The cats are well behaved, they just nap most of the time.
