Looking for a female roommate to join me in my bright and airy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment located in Oliver/Wîhkwêntôwin right on the edge of downtown. The apartment has a dishwasher and in-suite laundry and is fully furnished except for the bedroom. Underground heated parking is available in the building.

The location is ideal for a student and very convenient whether or not you have a car! Located 5 min walk from MacEwan and Norquest Campuses, 10 min walk to LRT station, and 7 min drive to U of A or NAIT. There are multiple grocery stores, restaurants, etc. located within 15 min walk/5 min drive.

Rent includes Wi-Fi and utilities. Non-smoking, no pets.

I am a young professional working in biotech. I am very clean, tidy, and quiet, and hoping to find a roommate who also values a clean and peaceful living space. I’m friendly but introverted and I enjoy reading, skiing, traveling, swing dancing, painting, and binge-watching k-dramas! I also volunteer part-time as an ESL teacher.
