With Free WIFI, free utilities, free laundry, this beautiful, bright compete furnished private room with a big window in my house, will make the perfect spot to call home. My room is fully furnished with bed, desk, night table, carpet, lamps, drawers, Frames, Mirrors, closet, and nice decorations. The convenience bathroom has a luxe feel tub with shower and shared between two person only. We provide new bed sheets, pillow and the bed cover. We change the bed linens every 10 days. Every closet has a basket for dirty laundry. My house is in very good location. It is easy and fast to go to Seaspan company, Shipyard company, Marine school or other school and work place. It is 2 minutes’ walk to bus stop to downtown and the other bus to sea bus station, 2 minutes’ walk to shopping Centre, new rec- Centre with Pool and Fitness and parks. It is 5 minutes away from Carson Graham High School (walking distance), 7 minutes to St. Thomas High school, 10 minutes to Bodwell High school, 5 minutes to bus stop # 232 to Capilano University, 10 minutes away from Handsworth High school by bus.

Quiet and great for students. I am finding a replacement for myself as I am leaving. You will be sharing the common areas with two other quiet and respectful students as well as the Landlords.
