About the room
The room is located in Ranchlands, right next to a Crowfoot shopping center. It is close to Crowfoot and Dalhousie train station. Very accessible to University of Calgary, SAIT, as well as downtown. We have a large, beautiful home, nice backyard and hot tub!
Your room would come furnished with a single bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, and television, if required. You are welcome to use other areas of the house as well. Shared kitchen and bathroom.
About the roomies
My name is Angela and I own the house. My two children also live here. Son is in grade 12 and daughter is 19, attending post secondary school.
Please note, we also have a friendly small dog, she is a purebred Shih Tzu.
We are looking for a female student roommate. Local or international. English is our first language, but some Spanish is spoken as well.
