About the room
Hi!
Room available with a private bathroom in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment, on the 8th floor at GEOCentral (575 Princess Street), a brand-new apartment building just 10 minutes from campus. I’m looking for one girl to take over my lease starting end of December until August, with the possibility to renew.
The apartment is furnished, have dishwasher + washing machine & dryer directly inside. Wifi & Smart Tv included in common parts of the apartment (see photos below. Building has a rooftop (very enjoyable during the sunny days) and gym available anytime. A security team is also present every time in the building.
The room comes with its own bathroom so you don’t have to share with your roommate, and a personal closet. A parking slot is also available in option for your car in a private parking within the residential building.
The second room will be rented by a girl on the same period of time (Jan-Aug)
Rent is 1499$ per month (non negotiable as fixed by the residence), all you have to bring is bed ware.
