About the room
Hi!! I’m looking to sublet my very spacious master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. Female students only. It is fully furnished with two dressers, two closets, a double bed, private TV, a futon/couch. The apartment is in a well maintained building across the street from the pharmacy, grocery store, and just one street away from place des arts metro station on the green line. It is within walking distance to McGill, Concordia, and UQAM. It is well situated in a vibrant student neighborhood and quartier spectacles. Washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit.
About the roomies
The two roommates are female students in their 20s. Both are very outgoing, welcoming, and respectful. We keep the shared space tidy and get along very well. One roommate has a tiny black cat that is very adorable and friendly
