Around 1300 square ft unit area with semi-private 57 look ong foot covered deck over looking ocean, forest, mountains. Garden area to plant. :) Common firepit overlooking water. Calm, peaceful and shared 1+ acre backyard property.
Most utilities included and fully furnished TV included (as is will not be replaced if broken), wi-fi offered, but not always promised) electricity,, hot water, cable, security system, exterior camera’s. (possibly certain day Hot Tub privilege.)
Beautiful waterfront accommodations you’ll be proud, safe feeling to live in. Laundromat in Sooke.
About the roomies
Two, beautiful, clean, fully furnished rooms with ocean front view, available sharing common space with one or two other and landlord has access into unit as this is a room rental situation and fair price reflects.
Most utilities included shared cost of propane fireplace or exclude from unit usage. Roomie’s choice.
Well treed property path leading to alcove beachfront. 🙂
Absolutely no smoking/no parties. Quiet, respectable community-like, outside share backyard property each with me does their share.
