Hello all! I’m currently looking for one or two roommates, starting Feburary 1st!

You’ll be using private bedroom+den in a 2 bedroom+1 bath+den house, and sharing the kitchen+bathroom only with me

Rent is $1450 for one person, and $1550 for two people. Deposit is half of month’s rent ( utility and internet not included ) and 1 year contract is preferred!

This is not a sublet

🛋In the room, there’s a bunk bed with mattresses, 2 desks and chairs, and a nightstand. All other personal belongings in the photos will be cleaned out.

🏠There’s a washing machine and dryer in the unit. The full kitchen includes a stove, oven, and microwave. Vacuum, rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, and plates/bowls are shared so you don’t need to buy them.

🧹Taking turns every week for cleaning and taking out garbage.

🌐Internet speed is currently at 560. I don’t have any problem with the current speed but can be upgraded if it’s too slow,

!4 minutes walk to Nanaimo Skytrain station and lots of busses!

Sorry but no party, sublet, smoking or pet.

A little about me: I’m 25 Korean and have lived in Toronto for 7 years but recently moved to Vancouver for a job! I work as an animator in a studio creating kids series for netflix.
