Hello all! I’m currently looking for one or two roommates, starting Feburary 1st!

You’ll be using 1 private bedroom+1 den in a 2 bedroom+1 bath+1 den house, and sharing the kitchen+bathroom only with me!

Rent is $1550 and the deposit is half of the month’s rent ( utility and internet not included ) and 1 year contract is preferred!

This is not a sublet

🛋In the room, there’s a bunk bed with mattresses, 2 desks and chairs, and a nightstand. The closet is right in front of the room. All other personal belongings in the photos will be cleaned out.

🏠There’s a washing machine and dryer in the unit. The full kitchen includes a stove, oven, and microwave. Vacuum, rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, and plates/bowls are shared so you don’t need to buy them.

🧹Taking turns every week for cleaning and taking out garbage.

🌐Internet speed is currently at 560. I don’t have any problem with the current speed but can be upgraded if it’s too slow,

• 4 minutes walk to Nanaimo Skytrain. • 12-minute walk to Trout Lake Park. • T&T and Safeway are close by

A little about me: I’m Korean and have lived in Toronto for 7 years but just moved to Vancouver for a job on October!

I work full time and I’m an animator working in a studio creating kids series for netflix :)

I’m hoping to find someone I can get along nicely with here!

In my free time, I like to draw and play games so I generally keep to myself, but I’m always happy to just chat or hang out!
