1 month let only - We are looking for an additional person to rent a private room within our 1200 sq ft townhouse located in the Espana building within the Downtown/Crosstown area.

Your room : A double bedroom on the first floor. The room is currently furnished with a mattress, large wardrobe (sliding mirror double doors) and a desk. The bedroom also has access to the front balcony. You have a bathroom with a shower and bath right next to your room and it’s shared with only one other person.

• Stadium Skytrain station
• Groceries: Costco, TNT, Nesters Market
• Rogers Arena and BC Place
• International Village Mall (with cinema)
• 2 blocks from Andy Livingstone Park / Fields

• Is generally very considerate and contentious
• Has no issues keeping shared spaces tidy and clean on a regular basis (very important)

Damage Deposit and Move-in Fees:

• The damage deposit is standard 1/2 of monthly rent. Payable at time of rental contract completion.
• The Espana Building charges a $200 move-in fee and $50 building registration fee. This includes blocking off of the elevator for moving items.

You would be living with two others ; male, working professionals (sustainability / architecture). We all have busy schedules but enjoy active and social lifestyles when we can (biking, hiking, football, volleyball, skiing, travel..etc.).
