If it is a couple there is a different price. Laundry at home. Big patio. Pet friendly (pet deposit required). Accessed to buses R5 and N35 which go to SFU Burnaby campus or to downtown Vancouver, bus #144 which goes to Sperling station, metrotown and to SFU, and also there is another bus that goes to Lougheed Town Center.
