It is a one bedroom apartment . You will have the room and I have the living room. Shared spaces are the bathroom and the kitchen. The living room is separated by a room divider. So when you enter you will not see me.

The room has a king size bed. The location is a very convenient location. It is within walking distance to both Sherbourne Subway (Line 2) and Wellesley Subway (Line1). Food Basics is only 2 minutes walk to here. Two No Frills Locations are within walking distance. FreshCo is only 3 minutes away. A nice indoor FREE public swimming pool is 5 minutes walk to here.

The apartment in on the 28th floor. The view is great . You can see the Lake from here. In a sunny clear sky, Niagara Falls is visible from here. At night you will have downtown and CN tower view.

I am looking for someone who is clean , gay , works full time, respectful , non-smoker , not into parties and bringing people here. No pets. No Couples. I am not looking for sex with my roommate. Only serious people to rent a room contact me.

This is NOT short term rental. There will be minimum two months notice from either side.
