Central Avenue

Unfurnished, private room with window and large closet in Fairview. It’s about 12 feet square. The house is clean quiet, has washer/dryer and dishwasher. It’s right at the crest of the hill, has parking in the driveway, and has a nice little view of downtown, which is about a 45 min walk away. Fibre internet included in the rent.

The house has two full bathrooms to share, and three level including the renovated basement. There’s lots of space to stretch, literally, I’ve been doing yoga in the basement. The house is a little bare bones at the moment, but I’m planning to get some more furniture in the next week.

I’m a 38 year old professional geologist who loves cooking, gardening, painting and interesting conversation. Just moved to Halifax, my partner is hoping to join in the next year. It’s only me living here right now!
