There are two bedrooms - one is ~120 sqft ($1100/month), the other is ~100 sqft ($1000/month) + 1/5 of the utilities. They both share a newly renovated washroom as seen in the photos. Bedrooms can come either furnished or unfurnished, whatever works best for you! No smoking/vaping/cannabis or pets. Laundry available. Street parking available.

I’m a female in my 20s, finishing up school this year and will be working in Vancouver after graduation. I’ve lived with roommates throughout school and am really tidy and quiet. I’m looking for similar roommates, preferably female, who are easy to live with. It’s just me in the house, although I may have some visiting family in the bottom level of the house on the weekends.
