Located in the desirable Brookswood neighbourhood right along 208 St and 48th. ~10 minute drive to TWU, 5 min drive to KPU, near multiple bus lines. The house is newly renovated with new appliances and has a really nice deck and backyard. Common areas will be furnished prior to occupation.

There are two bedrooms - one is ~120 sqft ($1250/month), the other is ~100 sqft ($1100/month) + 1/5 of the utilities. They both share a newly renovated washroom as seen in the photos. Bedrooms can come either furnished or unfurnished (still moving furniture in, hence why rooms are missing desks/mattresses), whatever works best for you! No smoking/vaping/cannabis or pets. Laundry available. Street parking available.

I’m a female in my 20s, finishing up school this year and will be working in Vancouver after graduation. I’ve lived with roommates throughout school and am really tidy and quiet. I’m looking for similar roommates, preferably female, who are easy to live with. It’s just me in the house, although I may have some visiting family in the bottom level of the house on the weekends.
