About the room
Large upstairs bedroom in a four bedroom house. Can come furnished for an extra price. Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Close to commercial drive, skytrain stations, and right on the no. 7 bus line.
It’s a super spacious room with tons of natural light and a small closet space. The staircase is a bit narrow and so large furniture that can’t be taken apart might not be able to fit.
The lease is month-by-month and we just need one month notice if you move out.
We’re looking for someone who works full-time, is respectful of shared spaces, and takes initiative to clean up, take out trash, etc.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the space with three roomies (one guy and one couple) all in our late 20s-early 30s. Two of us work remotely and one is a student/works at a restaurant.
