3 week sublet starting Feb. 1 (exact dates negotiable, returning late February) for a room in a shared house in friendly Strathcona. Great location, nice neighbourhood for a walk. Park and community garden nearby, as well as a few cafes and small grocers. Many bus routes within a 5ish minute walk, can also walk to downtown or Mt. Pleasant in half an hour. The room is simply furnished but lovely, the house is modern and clean inside with a spacious kitchen, plus there’s a nice big bath tub and a very cozy fireplace!

There are 4 people sharing this home, we are all artists in one way or another: 1 male, a Canadian musician and teacher - 1 female, a Mexican performing artist and service industry worker - and another female, a German painter and adventurer. We are friendly and chat when in the common areas together, but all have very different schedules and things going on so tend to do our own thing. A meal or evening together now and then. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms on the main floor (the one available is on the main floor), and each floor has its own bathroom.
