The property is an executive style basement suite. You’d have a parking spot, private room. Shared kitchen, living room, laundry and bathroom. The photos show the room as furnished. But will likely be empty by your move in.

Just feeling out what my options are for renting my spare room for January. I am quiet and work full-time. I have a cat. Unfortunately no more pets allowed. Looking for a quiet, full-time employed /student as a roommate. No smoking, no drugs, no partying.
