Looking for a new roommate for after the end of semester!
The apartment is a duplex on Mont Royal Avenue, near a bus stop and 15 minutes from the Mont Royal metro, with all the advantages that being on the Plateau brings! (Restaurants, pharmacies, shops, bars)
The room in question is 600 square feet, recently renovated. Everything included as indicated in the title: internet, electricity, water.
Game consoles are publicly provided, with a large library of games to choose from!
I am looking for a quiet roommate, but otherwise do not have too many requests.
Non-smoking inside, but allowed in the courtyard or on the terrace.
