Looking for a new roomate!
The apartment is part of a duplex on Mont Royal Avenue, near a bus stop and 15 minutes on foot from the Mont Royal metro, with all the advantages that being on the Plateau brings! (Restaurants, pharmacies, bars, easy access to a variety of stores)
The apartment in question is 600 square feet, recently renovated. Everything included as indicated in the title: internet, electricity, water come with the price!.
Game console and board games publicly provided, with a large library of games to choose from!
I am looking for a relatively quiet roommate, but otherwise do not have too many requests.
Non-smoking inside, but allowed in the courtyard or on the terrace no problem!

Hello! I am a McGill student, lived in Montreal for most of my life and generally a quiet night owl!
I like games in general, board or video as well as reading, writing and drawing. If you share those hobbies, I’d love to play!
