4 level split in Westbridge area of Sherwood park. I have 2 cats. The space to rent is the basement which has 2 bedrooms, (laundry room shared), and a full bath. Main level is an open concept with shared kitchen, where I tend to spend more of my time. Below the main is an open concept room with some workout stuff, but could be primarily your own zone. Hot tub and gorgeous yard❤️

I’m easy going, friendly, my cats are too. Looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and who could help out with keeping shared spaces tidy, and yard/snow removal.
