The unit is right across from Okanagan College and major bus routes, near shopping, beaches, and groceries. The room itself is spacious and has its own bathroom (not connected) and the whole apartment has a beautiful view from the fourth floor of the mountains and a creek below. Additionally, there’s in-unit laundry, ample storage, a bike locker downstairs, a large balcony, and AC. The strata also performs maintenance (windows and balcony door were just replaced).

I’m a mid-twenties student and part-time worker who is friendly, outgoing, easy to get along with, and tidy. I value communication with roommates as I believe most issues can be resolved with a bit of diplomacy :)
