1 bed with private bath available in a 2 bed - 2 bath condo. Sublease January 15th to June 15th (flexible for early moving), possibility to take over the lease after June. Room will come fully furnished & laundry in unit.

📍Downtown Toronto (between Queen & Dundas Station, less than 10 min walk to Eaton Center) 💵 *Rent: $1350 + utilities (around $65-$80/person) & wifi ($28,25/person) ⚡️Condo amenities: gym, party room & barbecue, rec room, guest parking. 📑 Ontario Rental form, Credit score, letter of employment, first and last month are required.

The price of the furniture is $600. Can be purchased upfront or paid over time. Here is the breakdown :

Option 1: Furnished (Pay Furniture Over Time)

• Monthly rent: $1,350

• First & Last Month’s Rent: $2,700
• Key Deposit: $100 (refundable if the key is not lost or broken)
• Furniture Cost: $100 remaining (to be paid in the 3rd month and/or remaining in the 4th, as total furniture cost = $600)

Breakdown 1st Month = $2,700 (first & last months) 2nd = $1,350 3rd = $1,350 or $1,450 4th = $100 or $200

Option 2: Furnished (Pay Furniture Upfront)

• Monthly rent: $1,250

• First & Last Month’s Rent: $2,500
• Key Deposit: $100 (refundable)
• Furniture Cost: $600 (must be paid upfront before move-in)

Breakdown 1st Month = $2,500 (first & last months) + $600 for furniture 2nd = $1,250 3rd = $1,250 4th = $0
