I am looking for a new tenant to take over a lease starting January 1st 2025! Check the pics below! PET FRIENDLY! Rent is $740 + $60 utilities (Utilities are a fixed amount. However, at the end of the lease, if hydro bills were less than the $60 paid every month, you get a refund from the landlord. During my three-year stay, we got a refund every single year) The current lease ends on April 30th but you can renew it if you choose so. It is a 10-minute drive to the campus. There are 2 bus routes: one goes straight to campus and the other goes downtown. House is located on Pinnacle Crescent. You will be sharing the house with four mature students. You will only share a bathroom with one. Spacious kitchen, big fridge, extra freezer, parking space, nice backyard for the summer and two friendly cats.

Two of the residents are sisters and they’re both animal bio major. The third one is doing something in the science field and the fourth is majoring in science and arts.
