Very clean , quiet peaceful environment. Room tastefully and fully furnished with a small TV . There is cable , w Crave and HBO and wifi included Kitchen and bathroom is shared . Clothing and personal items is all that is needed. Kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes and small appliances needed. Free laundry included. There is White-Oaks Mall, restaurants , plazas and gym all within 5 mins walk. There is parking across the street off of the roadside if needed. Not looking for short term tenant
About the roomies
One female 50’s sharing full time. One male 40’s (lives out of town) only uses his room Mon - Thurs nights to avoid travelling back n forth to Windsor. There is one lg dog and a cat. ( can not accept any more pets ) . There is a lovely large outdoor space to enjoy during the warmer months . Looking for quiet respectful, responsible, working person to share with.
