We live in a basement that lets natural light into our basement apartment. There is 1 small room available (furniture not included, but if needed can provide). You would have a shared bathroom. We have new washer and dryers. There is a coat closet; pantry with storage space; fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, air fryer, toaster, pressure cooker, stove top, oven, dishwasher, sinks, and fridge with freezer. For serious inquiries: we have a video of the entire place!
