The house (274 Frontenac - Unit 1) was built in 2018, and it’s a modern duplex located just a 2-minute walk from Queen’s University main campus.

• Bedroom: Located on the 2nd floor at the top of the stairs, with full privacy.

• Shared Spaces: Main floor common areas, including a spacious kitchen and living room.

• Bathroom: Private use of the 1st-floor bathroom. Laundry: In-house laundry room (washer and dryer included).

• Brand new appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, stovetop, large sink, and dishwasher.
• TV included in the common living room.

Rent: $1200 CAD/month

Parking: No parking avaliable

Furnishing: Fully furnished room (bed, bedside table, desk, office chair)

There will be one other student (very clean and respectful) living on the 3rd floor. They are also a Queen’s student.
