Me and my fiancé are looking for a roommate for our 2 bedroom +1 bathroom apartment. It would be a private room including a shared bathroom, kitchen space and living space + a parking space.

• Must be okay with cats as we have 2

• Rent is $800 , with everything included: Internet , Heat , water and electricity. along with one parking space.

• We would need 3 months of pay stubs, just to make sure there is a stable income coming in.

Please send me a message as we would like to interview possible roommates but we would be looking for someone as soon as possible! we will provide pictures of the room, just have our current roommate still moving stuff out.

Me and my Finance are very home bodied people, don’t tend to go out to much and both work full time! we are tidy and quiet but love to go out and hangout every once in awhile along with sometimes have family over but not to much.

we are gamers and our apartment includes our two cats Rhaast & Riven!
