Looking for a female graduate student or working profession to sublet a bedroom in a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment from January to April with option to renew in April. Move in date is negotiable in Jan/Feb.

Current roommates are graduate students from Dalhousie. We are looking for someone who is like-minded, respectful and clean.

Rent includes heat, AC and hot water. Power and internet are separated bills, shared between 3 roommates. Rent is $825.67 from Jan to April for a bedroom, sharing bathroom with another female roommate (rent will increase to 5% after April if renew due to current lease). Power is roughly $100 a month (total), internet is $145 (total) and insurance is $12 per person

Apartment includes: kitchen, in-suite laundry, lots of storage space.

The location is very convenience, closed to Superstore, Sobey, bus route, looking right at the waterfront. Within walking distance to SMU (15 minutes) and Dal (30 minutes).

The room is unfurnished but with options to negotiate with current tenant for furnitures. The apartment is currently furnished.
