My current roommate is moving out by end of February, so I’m looking for a new roommate.

About the Location: The unit has a great unobstructed view to the lake. The neighbourhood is right beside a police station, and walkable to all groceries. You also have a 24-hour Circle K, Cobs Bread, Bulk Barn, bars, and many quality of life shops. Transit wise, it’s a 7-minute walk to Exhibition Go (roughly 2 minute to Union Station for $3+, and free transfer after). 63 bus goes from Ossington all the way to our building, and if you prefer streetcar, 10-minute walk to King and Jefferson that goes all the way east.

If you like having nightouts, this place is close to both Ossington strip, Trinity Bellwoods, and King street bars/clubs.

About the Room: The living room is furnished with a TV (with PS5 and Switch) and basic living room furniture. The kitchen has a counter, and I cook regularly. Your room comes with a sliding door, furnished with a bed and a desk. I did sell my chair, let me know if you would like a chair, I can get a mesh chair.

You’ll have the hallway bathroom fully to yourself, except when guests come over. I won’t have many guests, and they’re generally clean.

The building comes with its own gym, party room, and a business lounge.

Internet is included. We will split what we decide to split on Splitwise, to keep things transparent. Both short-term or long-term works for me.

I enjoy basic cleanliness, so as long as we clean as we go, the unit should stay clean :)

I host, but mostly for a few friends where I can make coffee, tea, cocktails (I have half of the freezer dedicated to making clear ice), or whisky tasting, and we can also do that ourselves at home :)

I work in AI and like history, my friends would say I’m generally kind and have good vibes.

All genders are fine. I grew up with sisters, so I’m comfortable navigating around private time and space of different genders.

I’m looking for someone respectful, generally clean, no-drama, we don’t have to be friends but that would be cool.
