East Liberty Street

The unit consists of 1 private bedroom and your own bathroom in the hall. Kitchen has an island, and the place is mostly furnished with couch, TV (PS5, Switch..), kitchen supplies, bar stools, etc. We have a balcony with unobstructed view, so mornings are very nice.

Property comes with its own gym, party room, and business lounge.

At the heart of Liberty Village, walking distance to Metro, LCBO, No Frills, Dollarama, Cobs Bread, Bulk Barn, and many quality of life shops. City bikeshare right outside the building, 10 minute walk to King Street, 20 minute walk to Ossington strip.

This can be short term or long term, price is set lower than most other properties around here due to not having a bed. I will move out the desk and drawers currently in the room, unless you want them. It fits a queen size bed with some room, but feel free to come and measure. Price negotiable. Alternatively, I can furnish it up for you with a slightly higher rent (I will work with you on the measurement).

Internet is included. We will split utilities and supplies on Splitwise.

I’m pretty social, so I will have guests over, but we do nothing crazy. I cook and make coffee/tea regularly, and I just started to do home bartending! I work in tech and like history.

All genders are fine. I grew up with sisters, so I’m comfortable navigating around private time and space of different genders. I’m looking for someone respectful, generally clean, no-drama, we don’t have to be friends but that would be cool.

At this time, I prefer no pets.
