In-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, electric range & oven, microwave, open concept kitchen, dining table, living room sectional, 48in TV with streaming services. Price includes utilities and highspeed fibre internet.

Rooms are on opposite sides of the shared common area, kitchen, and full bathroom. Apartments have been soundproofed to minimize outside noise to an ambient 30dB.

Shared amenities: Private bike storage, Bookable party hosting space with kitchen, rooftop patio and BBQ, playground, movie room, and work lounge.

Area has a 91 walkscore, outdoor shopping mall with grocery store on ground level. Parkade in the mall can be rented at reasonable rates hourly, daily, or monthly.

No’s: pool, smoking, pets :(.

Just me in one of the rooms in the 2-bedroom place. I’m a 31 yr old urban tech professional. I spend most of my time at my co-working office or in the office gym and have family and friends over occasionally.

My best roomie traits would be: that i’ll always treat you respectfully if you do the same, i’m very handy and learn how to fix basically anything that breaks, and since my office is so close I can always easily clear out when you wish to have the place to yourself.

My worst habits are: doing dishes, but this new place has a dishwasher that i’m so happy about. I usually stay up late but will quietly keep to myself. I have been know to go on long tangents and I love to chat with anyone, but I’ll keep to others schedules to make things most accommodating.

I’m looking for another roommate with good conflict resolution skills and communication, I need to know what they expect of me and how to manage expectations I request of them. Other than that, no issues with language, background, orientation, partners / friends over etc. So long as people leave things how they found them and replace things that break.
