<15 minute walk from the UofA. Myself and 2 others rent our the main and top floor of the house. Currently looking for someone to move into the downstairs room. Private bathroom right across the hall, it’s a small room, but comes with a desk and a bed. Will need to purchase a frame, you can sell the single bed mattress and purchase something else if you prefer. Could potentially fit a double bed. Full access to the kitchen.

We’re 3. All going to the UofA, in our 3rd and 4th years. We’re all super nice.
