Worthington Drive

Located near to Real Canadian Superstore and Walmart, the property has awesome but also quiet surroundings. Rupert Station(Millenium Line) is just 5-7 minutes by walking. Very close to Boundary Road which gives you access to Burnaby. About the property itself, it’s a basement suite with shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Each room has a window also. Washing machine and dryer on the hallway that it can be used whenever you want. However, it is shared with me and the family next door. No smoking inside the house.

I am usually a very quiet and indoor person. I often stay home reading or playing video games. The neighboors living next door are from the Phillipines and they are simply awesome. It’s three of them, the husband Oscar, the mother Luz and their son Kenneth. There is Long who lives uptstairs but he does not share the washing mashine and dryer with the rest of the tenants. And he is barely at home.
