Hey everyone! I’m looking to for someone to join my lease until august 31st, 2025 in my two bed two bath apartment unit. It’s located in Oliver area right by downtown.
About the unit: -in suite laundry -wheelchair accessible -newer building and appliances -workout room -pet friendly -minutes from Roger’s Place and MacEwan -close to the UofA (direct bus route!) -bike lanes -private bathroom -balcony -secure building -located close to various grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centres -affordable rent ($770 for rent + heat per person, other utilities separate) -I have most streaming services on my tv
