About the unit: -in suite laundry -wheelchair accessible -newer building and appliances -workout room -pet friendly -minutes from Roger’s Place and MacEwan -close to the UofA (direct bus route!) -bike lanes -private bathroom -balcony -secure building -located close to various grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centres -affordable rent ($770 for rent + heat per person, other utilities separate) -I have most streaming services on my tv
