Mai's room

Large 5 1/2 on the Plateau Mont-Royal near Mount Royal Metro. It’s also located near Jacques Cartier Bridge, restaurants, stores, bars, downtown, McGill, Concordia, ETS and Berri Uquam. It has three bedrooms: a standard room, a large room and small 70 sq. ft room. The apt has 2 shared bathrooms, a living room and a large kitchen/dining room. The apt is furnished as well as the bedrooms. It has a private courtyard and private parking. The laundromat is a block away from the apt.

I am looking to share the apt with professionals and serious students. The roommates will have to be respectful of the property and the common areas (kitchen, living room and bathrooms). No parties. No sleepovers for safety and security reasons. I work in the hospitality industry so my schedule will vary. At the present moment, I am looking for two roommates one for the standard room and one for the 70 sq ft room.
