Two private bedrooms available in a three-bedroom townhouse. The rooms are on the top floor of the house along with a shared washroom (for the two private bedrooms only). The house includes shared access to the kitchen and living room, with the washer and dryer located on the top floor. Utilities, Parking & Wi-Fi is included. Please note that the unit is not wheelchair accessible. The closest intersection is Wanless Drive and Chinguacousy Road. Rooms can be shared by 2 people if needed.

I will be living in the house as well occupying the 3rd bedroom. I work from home so I’ll usually just be in my room throughout most of the day. I have my own washroom so you will likely only see me in the kitchen.
