A downstairs room in a really nice mid-century house an easy 10 minute walk to the uni, nice and close to shops, cafes and bars, everything you’d need. You’ll have a shared bathroom and kitchen, washer and dryer. There’s a nice living room with couches and tv. The kitchen has been equipped with the roommates utensils, and they’re happy to share. The room can come furnished if you’d like but we can also move our stuff out, whatever works best for you. Rent is due on the first of the month but we can probably get a move in around Christmas if needed.

You’ll be living with two great roommates, both are studying land reclamation at the U of A and are heaps of fun. We didn’t know each other when I moved in and we’ve had a great time since then. They both transferred here after study at Olds College. The house is a great combo of hanging out and respecting everyone’s need to just have their own space. Happy to have a couple if it’s a good fit.
