Hi there! We have a fully furnished single room available from January 1st

Our location is 4 minutes from Renfrew skytrain station by walk.

This room is fully furnished private room and bathroom and kitchen are shared.

Price is 950 dollars monthly including all utilities - electricity, water etc…

There’s 475 dollars security deposit And this will be returned when we check the room’s condition after you move out. Also you need to give us 1 month notice before moving out and it is required for deposit return

Free wifi is available TV is available you can connect to your own Netflix or Youtube. It is not a cable TV

Laundry and dryer are in the house, 1 load per week is free, extra load is 5 dollars, and you can use between 10am to 9pm.

House rule is - No pet, No party, No loud music or noise especially at night time after 10pm

15 dollars per night for extra guest sleeping over

Contract is month to month, 1 month notice is required for both parties when moving out. Move out date should be the 1st or the last day of the month.
