Hi! I retired from the federal government and decided to downsize. I’m looking for a housemate, preferably another retiree, to share a bungalow in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. The house has a living room, dining room, small kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is a shared office space. There is a den, laundry room, downstairs office and pantry. The house is on a larger lot, surrounded by beautiful gardens and has extra parking. It is within walking distance of a bus stop, grocery store, drugstore, clothing stores, coffee shop, bike trails and the National Capital Commission green space. The 417 and the 416 are both within 3 km.

I’m originally from the Maritimes. I enjoy staying very active, especially outdoors. I like to read, am a fan of audiobooks and have a quiet cat.
