Located on college park, with and underground entrance to the subway. It is 16 mins away from ST George and only a 23 min walk as well. The condo is fully furnished, there is a kitchen, balcony and nice shared living space. There is an amazing cafe in the first floor along with multiple shops like IKEA and Home Sense. It is also a 3 min walk away from Dundas square so there is never nothing to do. You will have in unit laundry, your own private washroom and a locked closet for your stuff and a shared coat closet.

So you will just be living with me, I am a first year at the University of Toronto. Honestly, I am a very laid back person and really chill. I want somone that is clean and tidy, I can not work in places that are not clean. Also, it can not be too loud, I am a person that is a bit sensitive to sound, so I like to keep the place peaceful and chill. I like to study hard but then also have fun, go out and enjoy life too.
