Beautiful one bedroom for one female student or professional. Available Jan 1, but can arrange an earlier move in date.

This is a short term rental and the lease is until May 31, 2025 (the winter school semester).

Safe, new, modern house in the north-east area of Charlottetown on Holmes Lane The house is about three years old. 10 minute drive to UPEI and there is a bus route available.

You have access to: -Your bedroom, fully furnished including bedding with a double bed, bookcases, dresser, smart tv, and a desk and chair. -A split heater in your room so that you can control your own temperature -A small living area with tv and streaming channels - shared with one other female student -A bathroom with linens included - shared with one other female student -A kitchen with all cooking utensils included - shared with another female student and the female home owner -Access to laundry, once a week -Tandem outside parking

Rent includes: -All Utilities, Wifi, access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video -Walkways shoveled for you -Professional Cleaning once every three weeks that include all common areas (your bedroom not included, but you can arrange this for an extra cost) -All bed and bathroom linens and everything you need to cook your meals

Not included: -You only need to bring your clothes, food, and personal hygiene items.

About You: You are quiet and respectful to others. Everyone is expected to keep the house tidy and clean between professional cleanings. No smoking or drugs inside the home. Also, no parties! Overnight guests require advance permission from homeowner. All students should feel safe and respected.

About the home: The female, professional home owner lives in the house. The homeowner lives on the other side of a newly built wall with a dog and cats. The cats will remain on the homeowner’s side, however the dog will accompany the homeowner into the shared area that you will live in. She is a medium size dog and friendly. As mentioned, the homeowner will share the kitchen and entry with the students, but otherwise lives on the other side of the house. The laundry is on the home owner’s side of the house, therefore you will arrange one day a week to do your own laundry.

You share your side of the home with a female professional. She is kind and quiet.
