Alistair's room

2 bedroom Appartement in an older building located in the west end of downtown. Laundry is outside the unit and card operated. Kitchen has a stove/oven and fridge, no dishwasher or microwave unfortunately. My current Roomate is moving out so I need someone to take his room. Some of the items in his room are available for purchase if you want them. The red couch and tv in the living room will most likely be going with him. Rent is 1200 and wifi and utilities are separate

I’m a retail supervisor who’s also pursuing acting on the side. I’m usually at work or out with friends but when I’m home im usually in my room and pretty quiet. I’m looking for someone with a similar schedule who I can get along with.
