• 5 mins walk to nearest bus stand ; 5 mins bus ride to conestoga college ; 10 mins to UoW or Wilfred Laurier.
• All the grocery marts zehrs , walmart , freshco, sobeys are within 5/10mins of short bus ride.

A car parking comes with the house

You will need to pay one month deposit. All chores are shared. One of the housemates has a dog and they keep their dog inside their room.

Currently, there are 3 girls and 2 boys living in the house. One girl is moving out by the end of January 2025
